North Pacific Yearly Meeting Steering Committee is the executive arm of the yearly meeting and carries out the business of the yearly meeting between annual sessions.

Each monthly meeting that is affiliated with the yearly meeting has 2 representatives on the committee. The committee meets several times a year (October, January, March, May, and twice at the annual session in July).

• The two representatives serve 2-year overlapping terms.
• They attend and participate in the steering committee meetings, make reports to the Monthly Meeting and carry our meeting's concerns and feedback to Steering Committee.
• Because the steering committee meets in Portland the Bridge City representatives should be willing to co-host the meetings with Multnomah Monthly Meeting. Arranging for overnight hospitality and helping with Meeting house cleanup and access.
