The Willamette Quarterly Meeting Winter Meeting will be held on Saturday, February 9th, at the Corvallis Meeting House, 3311 NW Polk Ave. We ask you to encourage friends to attend this meeting. The meeting will begin with worship at 9:45 a.m. However the meeting house will be open at 9:15 a.m. for those arriving early. Coffee, tea and snacks will be provided.

The Winter Quarter is a one day meeting primarily held for business. However there will be worship and a longer time for fellowship and singing during the lunch time. Our concern is that we end the meeting early enough so that most friends can get home before dark. We plan to finish by 3:30 p.m.

Corvallis and Salem Meetings will be our hosts and are planning lunch around a theme of "The Hundred Mile Diet". This means trying to get the food from within 100 miles. There will be information about the theme available and those who are interested will have a chance to talk about it during or after lunch. How does it work in winter? Is this something we can do at home or at our meeting potlucks?

Child Care will be available if needed, however please contact Carol if you need child care at least a week ahead of the meeting.
Hospitality is also available, but limited, so please contact Carol right away if you need to stay overnight.

• Letter for Sakre Edson for visitation of Isolated Friends in WQM
